“Sacred Sounds at St. Paul’s” is a concert series at The Church of St. Paul the Apostle featuring organists from The Juilliard School. Founded by Juilliard organist Daniel Ficarri in 2015, the series was created to expand the outreach of the Music Ministry at St. Paul’s, led by Director of Music Valerie Shondel, in order to support and provide performance opportunities for today’s emerging artists. With its location in Lincoln Square, “Sacred Sounds at St. Paul’s” is able to spread the inspiring art of organ music to one of the world’s greatest musical communities alongside the New York Philharmonic, Metropolitan Opera, The Juilliard School and more. The concert series showcases the magnificent Möller Organ at St. Paul’s of nearly 5,000 pipes that beautifully colors the large, resonant space. The series continues to help rising musicians from The Juilliard School expand the reach of organ music to the Lincoln Square community. For more information, find Sacred Sounds at St. Paul's on Facebook and Instagram, or contact Valerie Shondel at email@example.com.
